This house (in the front of the flyer) in this session is a new home I bought last year in Lakewood Ranch, Fl and the last one sold in that community. Many owners of Real Properties decide to put their properties for sale as a FSBO (For sale by Owner) either on the internet and/or signs in front of their properties thinking that in doing so, they will save money in commissions. There is a document of about 20 pages that explains to the owners step by step how to do it. However, the amount of work and mistakes they could make is overwhelming even following those steps.
